Meetings with your Pace Designer will be held via video call or by phone throughout the extension planning process. Your designer is contactable via email for questions and queries at any time. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service so we endeavour to return calls and emails as soon as possible and always within 24 hours.

We don't build your extensions. Our services will cover the very start of your project, from designing and tailoring your extension to you and your home, expert recommendations and advice from your experienced Pace Designer, to receiving building control and planning approval before finalising the planning stage. You can then move on to your own choice of reliable companies to make those plans a reality.
